The 2026 payment schedule for accepted vendors will be: 

April 15th WEDMKE payment in full due by March 15, 2026.
December 9th** WEDMKE payment in full due by November 9, 2026.

*Apply to vend at both the April and December WEDMKE shows and receive $100 off your booth fee per show (total savings of $200). Payment in full ($1,000) must be received by March 15, 2026 to receive discount.

**December 19, 2026 WEDMKE date is subject to change following the Bucks/Fiserv Forum events schedule being announced. If you sign up prior to the (potential) date change and are unable to participate in the new date you will be offered a refund for the December show. New December WEDMKE date will fall within one week before or after originally scheduled date of December 9, 2026. Changes to the date will not be made after October 1, 2026.
