How do I participate?

Vendor applications for WEDMKE 2018 will be open in September of this year. Drop us a line if you would like to be notified about the application for our 2018 event.

What is included with the booth fee?

As a vendor, you will have the ability to make your space as fun as the service you’re offering. In order to stray away from ‘traditional’ wedding expos, your booth will not come with pipe and drape unless you are located in a middle aisle. You will be separated from the vendor behind you, but not on either side of you. Please note that each expo attendee will be offered a floor map, but that your booth does not come with a sign for your company name. We encourage you to let your creativity flow and showcase your business in the most unique way possible. Chairs, 8' tables and electrical can be made available upon request at an additional cost upon approved entry into WEDMKE.

What does it cost to participate?

Booths are 8'x8' and they cost $800. You will be given an empty 8'×8′ booth space. You may decorate your space as you see fit. Please remember to stay within the confines of your booth. 6' tables will be available upon request for $10 each. 

Is there electricity in my booth space?

Electrical outlets are available in limited quantity. Please include your request for electrical on your expo application form. You will be responsible for supplying your own extension cords and other necessary equipment.

When will I be allowed to set up my booth?

Load in will take place on March 10, 2018 from 9 am - 2 pm. 

Do I have access to WiFi? 

Yes. A WiFi network and password will be provided to all vendors on the day of the expo at no charge. 

Can I have two spaces?

Unfortunately, no. We want to allow as many individual vendors to participate as possible. 

Can I share a booth with another vendor?

Unfortunately, booth sharing is not allowed.

Do I need a vendor permit or license?

All vendors are required to be licensed, legal businesses within their home state. You will be required to provide you state sales tax ID.

**Food or alcohol vendors may be required to provide additional certification. You will be contacted individually. Any alcohol related business must have appropriate permits allowing to serve offsite. Food vendors must also be certified to serve offsite.

Can I sell items from my booth?

No. WEDMKE is for informational purposes only. No exchange of goods for sale may take place throughout the expo. This excludes any deposits made on contract commitments. 

Do I need insurance?

A certificate of insurance from your insurance agent naming Turner Hall Ballroom as additional insured for the day (your insurance company should provide this free of charge) is required for participation.
